Urban growth & development
The Urban Growth & Development document provides BIA members and the general public with a comprehensive view of the incredible rate of growth and development in the District. It provides detailed descriptions of projects ranging in status from contemplated to completed.
The Master Plan articulates the long-term vision for the Entertainment District and guides ongoing decisions that impact the physical environment in a coordinated and strategic manner. The Master Plan also provides benchmarks and standards for developers and sets priorities for investments in the public realm.
The Retail Strategy provides a preliminary evaluation of the market potential for commercial intensification of the Entertainment District and strategies to implement this development while maximizing the positive benefits to the Entertainment District’s stakeholders.
The Streetscape Manual serves to guide developers, the BIA, Utilities and the City where improvements to streets in the District are proposed.
The Annual Report outlines the BIA’s vision and objectives and provides highlights of 2016 projects and initiatives.
